Description: SmarterTrack Service tickets are geared towards businesses and administrators that operate a SmarterTrack based ticketing system and who need design/implementation services, backups completed, data migrations, firewall or system configuration, etc. When the first hour has been purchased, CS Support will reach out to the customer at which point you’ll need to submit full requirements including:
- Work to be done
- Timeframe we have to work with
- Additional requirements of the work
- Additional services operating on the network
- Etc
If additional hours are required to complete the request, CS Support will notify the user before beginning work.
