Refund Policy

Refunds must be requested by contacting the Cameron Solutions management team at [email protected] or by contacting the sales team at 602-456-2484 prior to submission of the purchase ticket. This means:

  • If a support ticket has been purchased, but the required work has not been performed, the ticket can be refunded for a period of 30 days after the purchase date.
  • If a support ticket is purchased and the required work has been completed the ticket will not be refunded.
  • All annual service contract refunds will be at management’s discretion, and will entail a prorated refund.

Refunds due to dissatisfaction with the performed work will require adequate proof of negligence, damage, or otherwise unnamed complaints.
