Description: This ticket covers our standard $40 computer cleanup, and includes a 1-2 hour session with one of our patient and highly-skilled technicians. We’ll perform a full cleanup, security review, and provide recommendations going forward.
We’ll perform the following services during every support session:
- Cleanup of temporary/junk files and left-overs from media and software installations.
- Removal of malware, virus code, and other malicious fragments acquired through web browsing and downloads.
- Apply updates and security fixes to keep your data secure.
In addition to the services above, we’ll assess your data redundancy status to ensure you’re not at risk of losing your important documents, precious photos, and favorite music! We offer reasonably priced automatic backups to our Cameron Solutions Cloud or can offer support and assistance with your existing backup/cloud devices.
