Cost: $400
Description: This purchase entitles the purchaser to emergency support via the Cameron Solutions support team, and will ensure one of our technicians calls within 1 hour to collect additional details from you/your team and begin work. Technician will remain on-call for support ticket pending resolution of the issue, unless a Going Forward plan is adequately in place. Ticket is subject to approval and customer account status (existing.)
Types of Issues:
- Server or network down
- Loss of internet connectivity not caused by ISP (Internet Service Provider)
- Website crash or compromised
- Emergency consulting
Requirements:
- Remote and/or physical access to the problematic computer/network/server.
- Timeline of affected services and cost(s).
- Permissions to network and servers/computers involved.
- Any and all details required to adequately troubleshoot the issue
