Annual support packages are a good fit for users that are concerned about their online safety and data redundancy, but don’t want to spend a lot of time setting it up, maintaining it, or paying for it! Our support packages cover updates and security, backups, and support tickets for you and your family when you need it.

LITE – 1 email support – 1 phone support – monthly services (per month)

PRO – 2 email support – 1 phone support – monthly services (per month)

ENTERPRISE – 3 email support – 2 phone support – monthly services (per month)

Includes:

  • Email support tickets with CS Support (limited to single issue – 24-48 hour response time.)
  • Phone/on-site support ticket with CS Support (limited 1 hour support session by phone or in person. Must be scheduled. )
  • Monthly remote service ticket (a skilled technician will log on by way of CS Support client connection and apply updates, run antivirus deep scan, deep malware scan, and general cleanup for performance.)
  • Automatic backup services (10GB max – critical files and media only)
  • Monthly newsletter with helpful how-to articles, videos, and other useful information.
